Star Crossed: Episode 12 Recap

Stupid.  That's basically how I felt about this whole episode.  I'm mad that everyone's stabbing everyone and I'm mad that Zoe's back.  Whattttt?!!!!  LOL... so this recap was a little bit of a venting sesh.  What did you guys think?

Star Crossed: Episode 11 Recap

Ooookay,  we are moving slowly with getting these recaps back on track after our little hiatus.  Hopefully our rhythm will pick up soon.  ;)

I actually really liked this episode.  I thought there were lots of great little plot twists to move the story along without the show having to get too violent or sexual to "keep it interesting".  I still think Emery's the dumbest for joining the "new" Red Hawks and don't get Julia and Eric's relationship at all.  But I'm very interested to see what happens in the next episode.

Star Crossed: Episode 9 Recap

So once again we got almost caught up with the show and then BFF got sick. :(  Also, I got lazy about posting. :/ Probably because this episode was not as exciting to me.  Obviously, I'm not a fan of the darker, more violent episodes.  Call me a baby, but I prefer the happy haps.




Apparently, I'm also obsessed with how my hair looks in each video.  And for some reason we decided to only fill the bottom half of the frame with ourselves and give you a lovely view of my wall... Sheesh, Jess,  I will get it together, guys.  Some day. ;)

Star Crossed: Episode 8 Recap

This episode was kind of confusing for us.  We were left with lots of questions and are eager to find out more next week.  Hopefully after this coming week we will be able to settle down and post these once a week now.  And I will have time to actually write other posts too! :)

Lol... ummmm, so in this one we contemplate the Atrian's ability to breathe under water for like two minutes.  And also wonder if Grayson will be killed off or turn to the Red Hawks.  And gush over Eric.   We are way too into this show... :p

Star Crossed Episode 4 Recap

This was my favorite episode so far.  Lots of funny moments and I love that both the humans and atrians put aside their differences and fought together during the swim meet.  Tiff and I still can't decide what we think of Grayson and whether or not Roman will end up with Julia or Emery.   Who are you pulling for?

Star Crossed Episode 3 Recap

Whoopsies!  I got a little behind on my video recaps.  I guess things have been a little hectic lately.

My grandpa's having triple bypass heart surgery next month and I have been working through the details and trying to figure out if I should fly to Massachusetts to be there or not.  I ended up deciding not to go for now, but the rest of my family is going up there for Easter vacation so there will be plenty of loved ones by his side.

This past weekend was also quite busy.  Three parties in two days!  First was Jon and Jessie's engagement party.  We got to meet the rest of the bridal party and finally put some faces to the names we've been hearing.  It was a nice, chill evening with lots of laughs.  :) My kinda party.  Then on Sunday, we celebrated my sweet nephew's first birthday.  Can't believe he is one already!

He's still as adorable and sweet as ever, though!  In this picture he's laughing because we start clapping and cheering every time he starts clapping.  He thinks it's hilarious and I think it's about the cutest thing in the world.

Our second party for the day was my sister's 20th.  Woohoo!  We celebrated together earlier this week with a shopping trip to the mall - accompanied by one of our laughing attacks which end up with us laughing so hard we end up on the floor (sorry, fellow Forever 21 shoppers!)  Jill also celebrated by chopping all her hair off and piercing her nose, yeow!  She totally rocks it tho. :)

Star Crossed: Episode 2

Today, Tiff and I are talking about the second episode of our new guilty pleasure, Star Crossed.  We are a couple of weeks behind, so we are posting twice this week in order to get caught up.

Star Crossed: Episode 1

Doing something a little different today.  :)  My friend, Tiff, (who blogs at Rolling With Laughter) has gotten me into a new show called Star Crossed and we've decided to try and do weekly recaps.  The short explanation of the show is that it's a modern day "Romeo and Juliet" with an alien twist to it.  For a better rundown, watch our recap below. :)

So, what do you think?  Tiff and I are having fun with it and we all need something new to watch now that The Bachelor is over...  ;)  I'm definitely intrigued and will be watching the next few episodes for sure.  If you're interested, you can find the show on the CW channel.
